At Blooming Acres you can always find a great selection of handmade baskets crafted right here in Mt Vernon.  We also offer a wide variety of basket making supplies including bases, handles, and reed.  For those of you interested in learning how to weave a basket we would be happy to set up a class for a group of 4-8 people.

I will have space for 6 weavers.  Please call the shop or email to reserve a spot.  Open weave is also available at these times.  Cost is $10 plus materials for open weave.  This is a great time to finish a current basket you are working on or bring a new project.
